Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida with 2+ years recent home health experience
- Up to $7500 Sign on bonus for qualified candidates
Comfort Home Health – Palm Harbor is looking for experienced Registered Nurses full-time or part-time to work in both our Medicare-certified and private divisions
- Excellent clinical assessment skills
- Make initial nursing evaluation visit to determine appropriateness for home health care
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes of patient care, consult with other disciplines, as needed, and adjust nursing care processes as necessary to assure appropriate and optimal patient care
- Case manage patient care delivery
- Proficient with all aspects of OASIS-E
- Tech saavy, good written and verbal communication skills, effective patient education skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and the ability to deal with people from different backgrounds
- 2+ years of recent home health care experience or its equivalent
- Holiday and weekend rotation required
